This is my work place :)

Have you ever heard fun in workplace that too for the purpose of self analysing. I know... stop screaming... everyone would be shouting their lungs out "yes we did in our office" however it is not so usual. What we did is wrote the values that we need in our day to day life. Remember values of your life!!!it is not personal traits or your hobbies, interest etc. it is values, ur ethics, ur belifes, not necessarily u follow them all. GOT IT!!! NOOOO. even we took 1 hr to understand the term and when we did then there was no stopping us.

First let me introduce you to my team present there. there was Archana( Big Boss), Richa (sitting in 1st desk, sincere), Akanksha (sensible), Prateek (back bencher, funny bones) and then thats me. Alka was absent that day coz she was not wel :(

Let me tell you this team came out with such wierd responses which otherwise would have been title of old hindi movies or balaji's serials like abhimaan, khuddar... but all for good cause. Our big boss told us to talk to urself and get the answers. while we were doing it our funny guy prefered to talk to google, his old buddy. bt google cannot teach you how to talk to urself. right?

Now here we are with atleast 40 values listed on the board. thats cool. atleast we know ourself quite a bit. out of that 20 were shortlisted and here we are bidding for ur favourite value. all the 20 value had a price. while some were inexpensive, others were expensive. we all got 1000 bucks from our big boss (in the form of visiting cards... hey u thought actual money!!!) within that 1000 bucks we have to buy the value which is most important for us to have in order to survive in this world. now here i thought that its like we are bidding with god up in the heaven, "please give me politness in my next life".bt wen actual bidding started it looked like a sabzi bazaar where negotiation happens for tinda, ghia, tori etc.

Results: Here i am with 3 values: righteous, courageous and optimism. I bought righteous coz it was the most cheapest though it was not very essential for me. i got tempted for variety. rest of the values i wanted so i guess 2 out of 3 is not bad. bt i really wanted self esteem bt it was expensive and richa also bid for it so it became even more expensive (remember class 12th economics high demand have high price). after all this khichdi we all were ready with our set of values. the funny part was some of the values like loyalty and ethics didnt have much buyers. i think young generation no longer wants to be loyal or ethical everytime. some gochi pochi is allowed.

there was another funny parts sprinkled in the whole exercise. we managed to laugh as small jokes being cracked in between by all of us. our exercise was unique coz i feel so. so if u agree or not i really dont care bt i think not just the exercise bt the whole process was unique coz the jokes cracked in between that made us laugh were original. if great indian laughter challenge team would have been here then i am sure our great country would have got another series of jonny lever. india is full of talented people u see and most of them are in my office.,.
Morale: what u actually want in life, how far can u go to have it in ur life...
PS: I hate writing coz it requires patience and troubling ur brain and being lazy i hated it bt still...
